Denise joined STRI in April 1998. Her role is the Management of the Accounts Department. Denise reports to the Finance Director.
Janet joined the STRI in Dec 1998. Her main role is the Sales Ledger and Credit Control.
Michael joined the company in January 2008. His main role is dealing with accounts payable and all other relevant expense claims.
Caroline joined the STRI in November 2008. Her main role is assisting Denise Gray with the Management Accounts.
Contact Caroline SpiteriAnn has worked at STRI for 25 years. For many years she was in charge of the General Office and Secretary to the then Director, Dr Peter Hayes, up until 1993 when she took maternity leave. Following the birth of her twins, she returned to work on a part-time basis and is now PA to Bob Taylor (Senior Ecologist). Ann also operates the Mac Desktop Publisher and is responsible for the design and production of many of STRI's publications, newsletters, leaflets, etc. in preparation for Computer to Plate printing.
Annette joined STRI in October 2006 and works as a PA for the ecology department.
Beverley originally worked for STRI in the mid 80's as a Soil Physics Lab technician. Since 1997 she has provided admin. backup for the Scotland & Ireland agronomists. She now also deals with BASIS accreditation and runs the STRI Bookshop. Beverley lives in Blairgowrie, Perthshire.
Linda joined STRI in 2008 as a PA in the Agronomy department. In addition to her PA/Secretarial tasks she ensures that up to date information is placed on the Official R & A Championship Committee website. Within her very busy and varied role Linda arranges travel and accommodation, prepares reports and correspondence to Clients and Clubs and liaises with all departments within STRI.
Sharon has worked at STRI for 18 years and worked as a secretary for the Research and Agronomy Departments for six years. For the last twelve years she has been responsible for the Reception, answering all incoming calls and greeting visitors on a daily basis. Sharon is currently working as PA/Secretary to Kath Bentley, Stella Rixon, John Lockyer, Dr David Lawson and Jeff Perris which involves typing correspondence and reports, arranging site visits and arranging travel and accommodation. Sharon also carries out secretarial duties for STRI’s ecology team.
Joined the STRI on 1 September 1999, after 22 years with The British Association of Landscape Industries. She had worked in the Coach House at St Ives from 1977-1980 when BALI rented two rooms from STRI so it felt like coming full circle.
Pat is PA to Dr Stephen Baker (Head of Soils & Sports Surface Science) and Dr Andy Newell (Head of Turfgrass Biology) and carries out secretarial work for department staff.

Rebecca joined STRI in February 2010 and works as PA supporting Dr Gordon McKillop - Chief Executive, Mark Godfrey - Finance Director, Richard Hayden - Director of Operations, as well as the Stadia Services team.
